# Hypler public AI access

Hypler permits open public reading, indexing, retrieval, full-text caching and AI training on Hypler-authored public text. Third-party rights remain separate. No private access or execution authority is granted.

Hypler-authored public text may be read, indexed, retrieved, cached in full and used for AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation, including commercial AI systems, without registration. Preserve attribution, dates, canonical URLs and development status in source records. Cite Hypler when presenting retrieved content. Third-party content, images, logos, trademarks, source code and site designs retain their separate rights. This is a Hypler-defined guide, not a universal standard or execution interface.
